GEL Events is the official logistics provider for this event. GEL Events works in close partnership with Naturally Good and specialises in exhibition freight forwarding. GEL Events can assist with all your show-specific transport requirements, including weekend or after-hours deliveries.

Neither the venue, GEL Events, nor the Organisers will take delivery of any goods, packages or other material on behalf of exhibitors, nor will the Organisers accept responsibility for the safety or well-being of any such items delivered to the site in the absence of the exhibitor, his/her agent or contractor.

Please be aware that deliveries to the ICC Sydney cannot be made prior to the first date of move in; Saturday 1 June 2024. Any goods attempted to be delivered prior will be turned away, as a result these goods may not be delivered in time for show open. Attempted deliveries prior to Saturday 1 June 2024 will not be accepted, they need to be made to deliver:

• no earlier than 3.00pm Saturday 1 June 2024 for Space Only Stands
• no earlier than 8.00am Sunday 2 June 2024 for Shell Scheme Stands

Please note many courier companies will not deliver on weekends. It is suggested you review your transport options to ensure your goods arrive onsite on the correct date and time. We are pleased to offer exhibitors a Pre Show Warehouse-to-Venue Delivery option – see below.

This show will have a scheduled move in and move out for any vehicles, including couriers requiring access to the loading dock. Please ensure you book a move in and move out time for any deliveries coming on site with our logistic provider.

GEL Events are pleased to offer a special show-specific discounted Warehouse-to-Venue rate to assist exhibitors.

As move in sits on a weekend, it has proven difficult for courier companies to guarantee delivery. As such we would like to help our exhibitors and push the below offer:

• Movement from GEL Sydney warehouse to the ICC, on Saturday 1st June: $150 + GST per pallet 

To take advantage of this offer, please discuss your individual needs directly with GEL as they can also assist with comprehensive interstate and/or local transport services by Friday 10th May 2024.

The window for deliveries into GEL’s Sydney warehouse is between 8.00am Monday 27th May 2024 – 3.00pm Wednesday 29th May 2024, ready for transfer to the show on Saturday 1st June 2024. Should this delivery window not be adhered to, additional charges may apply.
