The Naturally Good Buyer Program is a new initiative designed to facilitate targeted connections between brands exhibiting at Naturally Good, and key buyers in retail who are looking for the newest product for their shelves.

It is a curated customer service experience facilitated by our Buyer Program Manager. Buyers that meet the criteria (see below) will be personally invited to take part in the Buyer Program. Our Buyer Program Manager will communicate directly with buyers to help them find the products and brands they want to meet, and set up individual meetings based on their availability.

As an exhibiting producer, brand owner and innovator – this is your opportunity to put your flavour on the table in a private 15-minute meeting with key buyers, as a starting point for a continued business discussion after the show.

To be considered eligible for the Naturally Good Buyer Program, Buyers must fulfil the following criteria:

• A buyer attending to purchase products for business. Businesses include:
  • Small, independent, or local retailer
  • Medium size Retailer
  • Large FMCG retailer
  • Speciality and/or high-end retailer – e.g. clean beauty store, health food or organic store
  • Pharmacy – small to large
  • Online retailers – with focus on natural and healthy products, or looking to expand this range
  • Key wellness/health spaces – e.g. trending spas and clinics
  • Key hospitality venues with a focus on healthy and natural products/ingredients
• Have responsibility for purchasing in your organisation e.g. category manager.
• Working for a business that has been operating more than 4 years.
• Your business sells products that meet natural, health and wellness criteria.
• The categories you purchase for are aligned with the following segments:
  • Beauty & Personal Care
  • Natural Health products (TGA Approved)
  • Food & Drink
  • Supplement as Food
  • Business Services & Equipment
  • Conscious Consumption – e.g. homewares and living products
