What is the Naturally Good Buyer Program?
The Naturally Good Buyer Program is back in 2025, making it easier for buyers to find products and connect with brands.
It offers a seamless, curated experience with support from our Buyer Program Manager and a new app feature to browse products and book meetings.
As an exhibitor, you’ll have the chance to showcase your brand in private 15-minute meetings with key buyers – opening the door to lasting business opportunities.
How does it work?
- Buyer Invitation
Eligible buyers will receive a personal invitation to attend Naturally Good and join the Buyer Program.
- Buyer Program Manager Support
A dedicated Buyer Program Manager helps buyers find the right products and brands, guiding them through the app to book and manage meetings.
- Exhibitor Search & Meeting Requests
Buyers use the app to search for exhibitors by product or brand and request private meetings. Exhibitors receive notifications and can accept requests in the app.
- Meet in the Buyers Lounge
Meetings take place in the fully catered Buyers Lounge, conveniently located on the expo floor.
- Post-Event Conversations
After the event, buyers and exhibitors can continue conversations, building lasting business opportunities.

Meetings are subject to buyer confirmation and availability. Cancellation of meetings is possible, subject to the buyer’s availability. Where possible we will do our best to connect you with the buyer for cancellations (subject to the buyer’s approval)
Buyer Criteria & Profile for Buyer Program
To be considered eligible for the Naturally Good Buyer Program, Buyers must fulfil the following criteria:
- A buyer attending to purchase products for retail business. Businesses include:
- Convenience Store
- Deli/Gourmet Store
- Department Store
- Independent Grocer
- Health Food, Organic or Wholefoods Store
- Home & Living or Specialty Gift Store
- Online Store
- Pharmacy or Chemist
- Supermarket
- Responsibility for purchasing in your organisation e.g. category manager or buyer.
- Business must have been operating more than 4 years.
- Business must sell products that meet natural, health, specialty and wellness criteria.
- The categories you purchase for are within the following segments:
- Food & Drink
- Vitamins, Supplements & Remedies
- Beauty & Personal Care
- Home & Living
