  • Space only exhibitors need to liaise with their stand builder for the time to set up their stand.
  • Shell scheme stands will be ready to be occupied by 10.00am Saturday 29 May 2021.
  • These times are for exhibitors to deliver their goods and set up their stands.
  • Please note there will be a scheduled move in for this show. Stand Builders and Exhibitors will be allocated a time they can access the venue to make collections. Any exhibitors that turn up outside of their allocated time will be turned away. Please note delays are often experienced on the loading dock during build up and breakdown, please be patient.
  • No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the show.
  • All stands must be completed & ready (and all rubbish removed from the premises) by 10.00pm on Saturday 29 May 2021.
  • Exhibitors have access 2 hours prior to Show Open hours. No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning of the show. All stands must be completed & ready for the opening of the show by 10.00am Sunday 30th May 2021.

Please note: No open toe shoes or children under 15 permitted during move in or out

Safety vest must be worn during move in and out. Exhibitors should bring their own safety vests to the show. A limited number of vests will be available to purchase from the Registration Desk during bump in and from the Organisers Office during the show and bump out.

During the Show Visitors and exhibitors will have access to the exhibition via the front doors of the exhibition halls. Exhibitors can enter up to two hours prior to show opening. Public car parking is located under the halls and can be access via Darling Drive.

For detailed information on freight forwarding and booking of forklifts, please contact Freight Forwarding and Material Handling supplier, Agility.

Please note the following

  • Parking is not permitted on the loading dock area
  • Hand held items should be delivered from the car park located directly underneath the exhibition bays
  • No access will be permitted via the loading dock doors during the operational hours of the event
  • Occupational Health & Safety regulations strictly prohibit children under the age of 15 from being on-site during the move in and move-out periods.
  • During the Show visitors and exhibitors will have access to the exhibition via the front doors of the exhibition halls. Exhibitors can enter up to two hours prior to show opening. Public car parking is located under the halls and can be access via Darling Drive.

  • Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
  • Exhibitors are advised to remove all valuables and portables at this time.
  • Please note there will be a scheduled move out for this show. Stand Builders and Exhibitors will be allocated a time they can access the venue to make collections. Any exhibitors that turn up outside of their allocated time will be turned away. Please note delays are often experienced on the loading dock during build up and breakdown, please be patient.
  • All Shell Scheme stands must be completely moved out by 10.00pm on Monday 31 May 2021.
  • All Space Only Stands cannot commence stand dismantle until 7.00pm after the majority of shell exhibitors have moved out. This initiative will ease congestion on the loading dock and inside the halls.
  • All Space Only Stands must have items completely removed by 2.00pm on Tuesday 1 June 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are not able to remove your entire product or stand dressing materials by the times stipulated above, please contact Marko Butorac, Operations Manager.

LOADING DOCK ACCESS


This show will have a scheduled move in and move out.
To book your move in/out time please contact Agility Fairs & Events or click on the link below. Please note that if you turn up outside the allocated time you will be turned away. Please note, even if you use another courier, you still need to book in a time to use the loading dock.

Loading Dock Level 1, Halls 2 & 3

Loading Dock access is via a slip-lane from the south bound lane on Darling Drive. This fully covered dock has a clearance of 5 metres. The dock operates on a one way circulation system to maximise efficiency. An unload limit of 20 minutes per vehicle applies. A vehicle inspection check point with a boom gate is located at the bottom of the ramp on Darling Drive where you will be asked which show and hall your stand is located in: Level 1, Halls 2 & 3.

All exhibitors and contractors please note the following:

  • Parking is not permitted on the loading dock area
  • Hand held items should be delivered from the car park located directly underneath the exhibition bays.
  • No access will be permitted via the loading dock doors during the operational hours of the event.
  • Occupational Health & Safety regulations strictly prohibit children under the age of 15 from being on-site during the move in and move-out periods.
  • Large deliveries can be made through the loading dock, Hall 2. Hall 3 will be used for pedestrian access.
  • Only vehicles over 1.8m high can access the loading dock, all other vehicles will be redirected to the ICC Sydney car park – free up to 20 minutes, car parking rates apply after this time.
  • Vehicles under 1.8m can access the hall from the ICC Sydney Car Park utilising lift 6.

Vehicles must be moved from the loading dock area as soon as unloading is completed. A maximum of 15 minutes is allowed on the dock for unloading and fines may be issued if this time is exceeded. Please liaise with loading dock staff if you require additional time for unloading.
